It only makes sense to have the highest twitter account per capita in the world align with the highest smartphone penetration in the Middle East, according to Mideast Times. Kuwait has a whopping 212% smartphone penetration coming first place with Saudi coming second place with 188%. This means the average person in Kuwait owns two phones.
I’ve always wanted to try Bubble Football (also known as Zorb Football) which is when you are inside a huge inflated bubble while playing football. Just found out Hadaf Playground located in front of Alsha’Ab Leisure Park now offers Bubble Football, the match must be between 8 to 10 people. Can’t wait to try it.

I don’t watch any tv shows during Ramadan, most are boring and pointless for the most part. What I do watch and highly recommend watching is the popular show Khawatir. You really do learn something new everyday by watching it. The other day I was shocked to find out about Heart Attack Burger, a shop in the US.
It prides itself for being the unhealthy and the worst food because their concept is the worst the food, the better it tastes. Khawatir went to the States to document the experience, to this day someone has actually died in the restaurant, his ashes are kept inside the restaurant.
I was left in shock-mode after this video, a 10,000 calorie burger. I’ve enabled English subtitles for those that don’t understand Arabic.

The delivery came at a good time, I was craving having noodles in a box. Around a week before the holy month of Ramadan, Spice Tree contacted me asking if I were willing to try their dishes so I went for it. They add no MSG on any of their food which is always a good bonus.
The first thing I noticed were how good the noodle boxes were, although some of them were filled with sauce none of them leaked or even got wet. This is very handy for deliveries, you kind of always get something leaking when you order a lot of Chinese food, but my experience went with no drippings.
I tried a big variety including Chicken Lollipops, Bang Bang Shrimp, Mushrooms stuffed with Shrimp, Mongolian Beef, Sweet n Sour Chicken (which was really sweet, only recommended if you love sweet n sour) , Dynamite Shrimp, Honey Mustard Chicken Wings along with many other dishes.
Overall I liked the food, it will definitely satisfy your Chinese noodle cravings, although I’m not sure what they had for dessert. Below is a gallery of some of the dishes I tried. Spice Tree is available on Talabat or takeout delivery by calling 22281515.
I posted last month I wanted to get a Scottish Fold cat and got a lot of people showing me accounts on instagram that sell them. I eventually bought this handsome fellow from @cats_britishshorthair. All cats are sold by a girl that has all the cats born and raised at her house, she currently sells Scottish Fold and British Short Hair kittens.

I remember a few companies tried installing charging stations before but didn’t work out for them, back in the day when Al Fanar Cinema was the hit, it had a charging station but you had to constantly check on your phone since it could get easily stolen, this charging station however is different. I’ll bullet point my thoughts:
- Locks your phone in a box, people can’t steal it but you can’t use it while it’s charging either
- Way overpriced, 10 mins of charge is 250 fils, 40 mins of charge is KD 1. A small portable pack costs KD 0 per charge and is 100% cheaper
- I guess it’s only worth if I had an emergency and no other way to charge my phone

Just last month I wrote about how Saudi Arabia was lucky to get in the list of accepting money from apps on Google Play. Google has now announced that Kuwait and UAE can now release paid apps. I know many developers that have been waiting for this. I might release a paid app for the fun of it, get 1 download (myself).
