I’m a big fan of The Sandwich Shop but I wasn’t too happy on the way my mini sandwich was packaged in my last order. So I tweeted them about it telling them to be more careful. They were quick to apologize and admit their mistake. The next day I got a delivery during lunch hours from them. It had their new released club sandwich and some mini sandwiches.
The delivery was free of charge. I hope other stores learn from this and understand how there’s nothing wrong with admitting you’ve done something wrong. Making up for that mistake will also make a customer more likely to visit back. I’ve been to restaurants where all they offer for compensation is to package your meal as take away, that’s awful.
