Library Starts Lending Actual People
Since the eBooks or digital readers are on the rise, more and more people are less inclined to buy hard copy books. I know some still prefer the feel of a book rather than a screen but libaries are suffering so they started looking for alternatives. So a Canadian library decided to get creative and I personally like the idea, the way it works is pretty simple.
If you are studying an illness for exmaple they will contact for you someone that has or had that illness you are looking for and set you up to meet him/her in the library cafe. If studying history and looking for information about a specific war, they will find you someone that is knowledgeable about that war.[Source]
That is a good idea! Do you happen to know any library where they allow you to lend novels in English instead of buying each time from a book store, read them once and never turn back to it?

I don’t know of any stores that rent books in Kuwait, I hope a reader can help you out on this one. But you can always rend eBooks. There are so many online stores to rent from.
