Sadly, your right they arent going to be changing their strategy anytime soon, when youve got people that prefer things with a label, if its normal falafel noo, put a name on it and voilà, youve got yourself a gourmet meal.

Its falafel -.- I love how new ideas are being rejected, but perfectly good good as it was ones are still being constantly renovated. It isnt broken, dont fix it. Oh and thats still a falafel, no matter what sauce or what bread or how much they over-price. Lol, the shame, for what is normally 100Fils, is going to get jacked up, cause apparently, the one down the corner, isnt good enough anymore.

Were talking about food here, there is nothing to fix or break. The place is very successful and I dont see anything wrong with renovating a meal to reflect modern times.

Its not the reflection or success of the particular establishment i was talking about, you missed my point, its commercializing, I just find it sad.

Thats like saying haagen daz is terrible for commercializing ice cream and selling it for a hefty price. Everyone does it and it works.

Seriously, haagan daz, that example would have worked better if, someone took the same idea, same recipe, just changed the look and added stuff and sold it in new york, people would have been outraged.

Anyways this is an opinion, thanks for trying to set things straight though. :)

well regardless if you like it or not, these types of concepts make tons of money and I dont see them changing their strategy any time soon.
