  1. I think the idea is very smart since this is for non emergencys and if u read the whole thing you would know that the only reason they did the plan was since kuwaiti paitents understand better with a kuwaiti doctor and somone who can speak arabic and in the afternoon they would have expat doctors with expats so that would make it easier to communicate and and help out and make a greater impact this plan was made as a good wil and not to discrminate but for emergency situations any one can go at any tims and the segregation are for appointments and checkups only since kuwaitis are more likly to respond better with a kuwaiti doctor

    • It would also grant unfair opportunities

“The health service will not be equal, because consultants work in the morning and this will lead to variations in service levels,”

    • Wow seriously ? and you had that conclusion based on some kind of complex physics formulas ???? … Kuwaitis response better with Kuwaiti Doctor ?? thats a false statement Sir based on the fact that Most Kuwaitis are treated in UK , Germany , USA , even in Saudi Arabia !! why ? because they can communicate better with Kuwaiti Doctors !

      Hilariousness response

  2. Its sad how Kuwait discriminates ! And speaking frankly for them expats are Indian Sub continent people not the European and Western part of the world…

Incase they implement the law, They would surely keep expats during morning and Kuwaiti evening according to flexibility. So If my sister is ill, my father has to take a day off and deduction in his salary.

    Caution: Karma is a bitch :P !

  3. ..and expats might be in trouble or get harassed while walking outside at night or chased by stupid arabs outside.

this is just totally racist , never thought that this could happen in Kuwait ,who in the right mind would proclaim that this idea would help medicine in Kuwait or even help the non-nationals outlook on the the country that they work and sweat in . as a fellow Kuwaiti i find that this idea disgusts me and hope that they understand that almost 30-45% of the work being done in the country is by non-nationals , this is just stupid .i completely disagree

They should did it from a long time ago , other than that they should build a medical center just for the non - nationals

This is pathetic, first not only do non-nationals have to pay for hospitals, not to mention certain medicines are only given to Nationals free of cost and non-nationals are told to go buy it form outside. Doign this is not segregation, its clearly racism

A share experience of mine when my 10months son had a severe burn this early february me and my husband rush him into hospital that espcialized burns my son never stop crying and when we was there we are waiting our number to be called i asked a kuwaiti nationals who is a mother like me since his son is there for dressing to please allow my son to check first because its emergency but a shocking replied i heard i am a kuwaiti you need to wait.i cried a lots why people dont have heart to feel the feeling of a baby with terribe pain..hopin that a director impliment a rules and regulation that they were acknowledge the emergency patients particular a baby regardless of his or her nationalities.i am in favor of the propusal.
