Telecoms have been going crazy on the phone, the prices released are competitive which is great for the end-user, us. To read my first impressions about the device click here. I’m not sure why they’re way cheaper than Amazon prices as it’s usually the other way around. I guess for the first time in history we’re witnessing one of the best devices out there being released in Kuwait before U.S and Europe.
Usually it’s at least a month or two before we see a sample of a device reaching Kuwait. I’ve put together what I could find, some telecoms only offer the device with commitments. All telecoms currently have the device in stock [tweets: Wataniya - Zain - Viva]. The price of the Samsung Galaxy SIII on cash is averaging KD 189 (~$675).
Update: If you want the Galaxy S3 in cash the price has dropped, it’s now selling for around KD 150 – 160. Blink for example are selling it for KD 155 (link). While E-Market are selling it for KD 159 (link).
