I’ve been following Hashimoto’s artwork for a while now (his name is Hashem Hajyah) and I like how his drawing touch on some issues we face in Kuwait. I picked three to discuss as they were my favourite. The first one being how energy drinks were the main cause in some people’s death or permanent disability in recent years. I’m completely against it.
The artwork above touches on another interesting subject that no one really discusses. When a guy goes in an elevator and he’s the only one between woman, the atmosphere is so tense and I’ve experienced this. I get the feeling the girl next to me thinks I’m about to rip her arm off or something. Most girls get super uncomfortable, little did they know many guys get just as uncomfortable as they are in an elevator with girls.
This issue really ticks, the amount of people who throw garbage from their vehicle windows is abnormally high. The street is not a huge trash can and should not be treated as such, those who do throw trash on the street or ground only reflect on their morals and attitude. I don’t understand what’s so hard in waiting to you reach a garbage can to discard your items.
