Before I go on to talk about their new menu I want to first talk about how beautiful the place has become. They’ve revamped the whole restaurant and it looks completely different. It simply feels fresher, as you finally get to a view of the sea which was closed previously. There’s all types of colorful furniture and chandeliers.
To not fill up after one main course I asked them to serve me smaller portions of everything so I could try more. This is their burrata cheese made from mozzarella and cream, only served once a week and it’s not on their menu. I know some that are in complete love with burrata. The creamy part is inside the burrata.
