This guy is a fitness freak (that’s what he calls himself) and posts photos on his [instagram account] hanging from places. That includes horizontally sleeping with a pillow mid-air at the gym. He specializes in Calisthenics, which is rhythmical movements, generally without using equipment. Below are more of his images.
you pick them up, you put them back. Don’t leave dumbbells / barbels / weights / workout mats just lying there. Your mom doesn’t live here, so please clean up after yourself. I see this happen in every gym I go to, and it is annoying and inconsiderate. Furthermore, it can be a safety hazard. There have been many cases in the gym where people trip over dumbbells or barbels left on the floor (happened to me personally).
Some people do return the weights, but the problem is that they don’t return them to their proper place! For example, they take out a pair of 10 KG dumbbells, and return them to the place of where 50 KG dumbbells should be! I understand that sometimes people don’t find the proper place for the weight free, but if it is then put it there. Same goes for the weight rack.
Some gyms such as OXYGEN have people who just go around to put back the weights, which is sad in my opinion. It’s not enough we have maids cleaning after us at home, but now we have that in the gym too? I remember a few weeks ago when I saw a huge guy in the gym, and he actually snapped his fingers at the cleaner and told him to add his weights on the machine for him!! Talk about lazy! If you can’t add or put back your own weights, then you should just go home!
This example is an extreme example, but it does highlight the habit of laziness in us that we need to address. We are all guilty of forgetting to return our weights once in a while, but try to keep in mind how it might affect others.

Arnold is an active user on Reddit, he comments on a weekly basis. One of his famous comments was when everyone was arguing on what’s the right fitness and he wrote the above. Thought it was inspirational so I added his quote on one of his pictures. There isn’t one right fitness but many, boils down to preference.
A friend of mine took this photo while he was working out the other day. I’m afraid leather chewing in gyms is more frequent than one would think. I’m not sure why someone would become so excited to the point where he decides it’s leather chewing time. The guy must have had at least 3 rows of teeth to begin with.
Today I’ll be discussing a rather sensitive issue. Hypodermic needles, mostly used to pump a body within a month to look like you’ve been hitting the gym with hulk hogan for the past decade. Is it normal to take a 5 minute walk from a gym and find all these needles laying around? I couldn’t get pictures of the needles inside gym toilets, but they are at least double the amount.
People keep wondering why the divorce rate is increasing in Kuwait. Well, this has a major contribution to statistics. Some families today actually ask for a medical report of the man that is proposing to marry their daughter to check if he was on steroids before. That is because many, if not most men that have taken steroids cannot breed due to low sperm count.
There are many side effects to a child if the father decided to have one like abnormalities and disabilities. As for the person taking the steroids, they can cause severe, long lasting, and often irreversible negative health. Some of which are liver damage, blood lipid profile, kidney problems, changes in the immune system, sterility and gynocomastia.
My best advice to those who just joined the gym and are wow’d by the hulks inside is to be patient, don’t worry or care about what others. It’s not worth damaging yourself and future to be regretting what you have injected 30 years later in severe pain everyday.
