Found a photographer that likes taking photos of Kuwait’s landscape but with a twist, it’s like parkour/photography but done professionally. I didn’t want to post more of photos because I recommend going to his instagram account and checking them out [here].
The Turkish popular photographer Mustafa Seven posted this image on his instagram account 2 hours ago, apparently he was in Kuwait recently. The image has already reach over 10,000 likes and they’re well deserved, I love the photo. Tried to see if he uploaded any more photos of Kuwait but couldn’t find any.
I’ve been passing by Lumen Store almost every week for some insightful seminars. They have one every Wednesday at 7pm in their store in Dar Alawadhi. This month was about portrait photography, one seminar was about how it’s done properly, another one about photoshop enhancement and then one showing portrait photos and pointing out their weaknesses.
Next month (February) will be all about city landscape photography. They have a theme every month which is something I like. The place gets packed quick and many end up standing. Their mental chairs are really uncomfortable so I recommend sitting on the plastic ones. Each seminar should be an hour long but at times they last double that duration.
I received this book out of the blue and had no idea what it was about. At first impression the cover looked like it was introducing a new concierge service in Kuwait. When I opened the book a series of wonderful photos showed up. It’s a book that hand picks the best photographers in Kuwait and spotlights their work all in one place. Took some photos of the ones I liked.
The coffee table book is available in many restaurants and art galleries. If you plan on buying one you have to contact them directly via email (email@example.com)
