I’ve heard of lettuce wrapped burgers before but this is the first time I see subs with cucumbers instead of bread. This is great for having a low carb meal, maybe something you’d have after a workout. You just peel the cucumber from the inside a bit and fill it up with whatever you want but no idea where to buy cucumbers this size.[
