Microsoft have ditched Hotmail and have announced the new Outlook. Since this is very recent news many short ‘@outlook.com’ nicknames are still available, I was able to snatch the one I want. You can probably get an email with your name without adding any numbers. The Outlook account will be your main account for Microsoft services like Xbox Live and SkyDrive.
I like the new user interface by Microsoft, though I rarely like anything coming from them. It’s simple and minimal, unlike Hotmail which is cluttered and confusing. I don’t use any of Microsoft’s services apart from Hotmail although I might use SkyDrive since I have 25GB of free space but snatching the username I wanted is basically why I signed up.[Link]

As far as pricing is concerned, Google Drive is way cheaper. You can get 100GB of online storage for $4.99 with Google Drive but on Dropbox it’s for $19.99. I also dislike that Dropbox starts with 2GB free storage, that’s not enough for me. Google Drive starts with 5GB.
