We have this thing in Kuwait, where when you fall in to eye contact with a stranger whether in a mall or outdoor; you’re probably more likely to stab them than smile back at them. I don’t understand why there’s this huge insecurity when engaging with eye-contact with someone you don’t know.
According to Al Qabas, there has been 7310 stabbing incidents due to staring in 2015 alone. Simple math tells us that’s over 20 stabs taking place every single day. We have had incidents before where people have been stabbed to death inside malls due to this.
