iPhone 5 vs Fake iPhone 5
Instead of comparing the iPhone 5 with competitor devices I thought this comparison deserved more publicity. Don’t mean to burst Apple’s bubble but some of you are better off getting a fake iPhone 5. For one it has better overall specs for half the price. No complaints about the operating system since it runs on Android.[iPhone 5][Goophone i5]

Update II: Changed iPhone 5 pricing after Apple announced the official unlocked iPhone 5 pricing, the Goophone i5 still costs less than half the cheapest iPhone 5.

The iPhone starts at 699, not 850.
The iPhone 5 starts at $649 actually, not $699. Chart has been updated after Apple announced the unlocked pricing.

Check facts before concluding. None of the categories make me think the cheaper phone is better except that it’s just that, cheaper.

All the other categories are at least par and the most important one is missing: customer satisfaction. Unlike us, most humans don’t buy for specs, but for total user experience.
Lest this could be mistaken for an Apple fanboy apologetic: I rock a Galaxy S2, love Android, but hate ignorance and link-bait*.

Why are you jumping to conclusions? No where did I mention which one is better overall. Hardware-wise the Goophone i5 simply has a higher resolution (regardless of contract and reflection). As for the cores, even though they aren’t everything they do play a big role. (The Quad-Core Samsung SIII still outperforms iPhone 5′s Dual-Core by a good margin I might add – http://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench2/1026099)

You are some what wrong & right, the cores are certainly a major factor in this dispute, however Apples Dual-Core A6 & SIII’s 4G Quad-Core Differ quite. The A6 core actually allows a fast download speed as a pose to Samsungs Quad-Core Which allows a faster upload speed (proven). Apples core downloads on AVG 13.4 MBPS as Samsungs core Downloads at an AVG of 12.1 MBPS. Apples core uploads at 7.8 MBPS & Samsungs core uploads at roughly 9.8 MBPS.
To me Downloading is much more important so i must give it to apples core (not the whole phone overall, just the core).
Saying (proven) does not prove anything. Actual sources would be much better.
at the comment about 1 million users buying android devices, a study by bbc technology has shown that actually out of the 40%(roughly) share of the market that android has, 16% of that actually want android which basically goes to show (in my opinion) that most of android users use it because they have to and possibly cant afford a phone like iphone.
You’re basically saying Apple will continue to lose market share unless they lower their prices.

apple know this that s whythey will be making a budget handset this year – im on I5 64gb and i can tell you its probably last iphone i will buy unless i6 is rerally something special. BTW iphone is so crap untill you jailbreak it – then it comes alive
