The genius behind the idea is David Braben, a famous game developer. He came up with the concept of having a PC within a USB stick. You plug the USB stick in an HDMI socket then connect a keyboard or mouse through the USB port. The PC has 128MB’s of RAM using a 700MHz ARM11 processor. Not bad at all for a $25 dollar PC.
His vision is to give a PC for those kids that want to learn but can’t afford one. So while the rich kids are playing video games on their pc’s, the poor ones are learning how to code. Somehow this is partially what I understood from what he said. The only down side to this amazing device is that it runs on Linux OS.
