There are two things I like about Zain’s video celebrating their 33rd anniversary. The first is they let the employees talk about Zain rather than just a cheesy PR stunt sugar-coating everything, similar to how other brands would do it. The second is on how they bought employees from all walks of life, and not just the Kuwaitis to talk about what Zain means to them.
I’ve been a customer of Zain for about 3 years now, ever since the service to switch your telecom but keep your number was introduced to Kuwait. I’ve had my ups and downs with Zain but can easily say I’m much happier with their service in compared to the previous telecom I was with (the red one).
