Harvey Nichols opened this luxury haute cuisine dining concept and I was invited to try out the food. The place was huge and cozy, it was spread out horizontally. After every dish someone would come over and explain how the dish was cooked. I tried lamb meat for the first time which surprisingly takes 5 hours to cook. I like their ‘first bites’ which were appetizers, one of them had duck legs spring rolls.
They bought over an impressively looking dish which had cured salmon in it. Almost everything they cook over there is from scratch, including the bread. Although I wasn’t a fan of raw salmon I’m sure other people would have enjoyed it more than I did. Don’t know how much on average does it cost per person but there’s going to be a hefty bill at the end, undoubtedly.
