I’ve been going to the gym for more than a month now, it’s one of the expensive gyms but actually the cheapest cost when it comes to private training with a dedicated coach. Since I don’t have 2 hours of my day to spend at a gym, this gym sounded like a good deal where you only workout for 30 minutes.
What they do is analyse your body and form a report while taking note of any injuries and weaknesses you have. Then they ask you what you want to achieve, I for example wanted to improve in Tennis and become more fit. So they give me exercises for these two specific requirements.
You get more than one coach throughout the 30 minutes of training, and its extensive training with barely a few seconds of break between every exercise. The first two weeks I was completely exhausted after I was done, at times I couldn’t even continue. After a month I’m finishing training with extra minutes on my time, I got use to it.
So far it’s a great but expensive solution, I love the feeling of refreshment right after showering and leaving the gym to head to work. My package costs KD 85 per month, 3 classes per week of 30 minutes each. Ten minutes are spent stretching and warming up, 20 minutes are spent weightlifting.
